Allied Colo provides exceptional service to its customers and agrees to:
- Enter into good faith negotiations with any entity making a bona fide offer
- Offer our interconnection products on reasonable rates, terms and conditions, where technically feasible without exceeding current or anticipated capacity limitation
- Offer connections to the public Internet directly or indirectly, and physical interconnection for the exchange of traffic openly to any and all
